What is the pricing structure for Siftr?
Subscription cost: $11 USD per month. Any transaction fees or exchange rate differences are the customer’s responsibility
EU and UK residents: please provide a valid VAT number at the time of checkout. VAT will not be charged; you must self-account under the reverse charge mechanism.
How often will I receive a newsletter from Siftr?
Twice monthly; every second Monday.
Why is Siftr a paid newsletter?
The paid newsletter model ensures that Siftr’s insights and ideas remain unbiased and equitable. There are no upsells for SEO courses, audits, or masterminds. Occasionally, Siftr may include affiliate links — and when it does, full disclosure is provided.
Can I unsubscribe?
Yes, if Siftr isn’t a fit for you, you have two options to end your Siftr subscription — you can unsubscribe, or you can downgrade.
Here’s the difference between unsubscribing and downgrading:
Unsubscribing terminates your paid Siftr account immediately; you will not be charged a monthly fee from Siftr again, and you will no longer have access to Siftr content.
Downgrading your Siftr account means that you will not be charged a monthly fee from Siftr in the future, but it keeps your account active so that Siftr can contact you regarding new features and releases in the future.
When you downgrade, know that you will continue to receive the Siftr newsletter until the end of the current monthly billing period since Siftr newsletter issues are distributed every second Monday.
For example, if you subscribe to the Siftr newsletter for $11 USD on Oct 9, 2025 (a Thursday) the first Siftr issue you can expect to receive is on Oct 13, 2025 (a Monday). Then, if you choose to downgrade your account on Oct 16, 2025 (a Thursday) you will not be charged $11 USD from Siftr again. But you will receive the Siftr newsletter issue sent on Oct 27, 2025 (a Monday) because the Oct 27, 2025 newsletter issue falls within Siftr’s $11 USD monthly billing cycle. In this example, you won’t receive the Siftr newsletter on Nov 10, 2025 (a Monday) because the Nov 10, 2025 issue of Siftr is subject to a new $11 USD billing cycle.
Does Siftr offer refunds?
No, a refund cannot be issued for a Siftr newsletter(s) that has already been distributed by Siftr’s editors. See the Q&A ‘Can I unsubscribe?’ for more information.
Why haven’t I received any emails from Siftr?
As a first step, you’ll need to confirm your email address. If you don’t receive a confirmation email from Siftr, check your email junk folder. If the email from Siftr goes to junk, click on the email and mark it as “not spam”.
